
California Living: AIA Los Angeles selects 23 Residential Architecture Award winners

From small single-family residences to large multi-unit dwellings, from affordable housing apartment buildings to posh SoCal mansions: the third Residential Architecture Award program presented by the AIA Los Angeles chapter has honored twenty-three new projects at various scales. Three Honor awards for exceptional residential design achievement were given to homes by Ehrlich Yanai Rhee Chaney Architects, Belzberg Architects, and ShubinDonaldson.
The award jury was comprised of Jenna Chandler, Editor, Curbed LA; Mike Deasy, Chief Executive Officer, deasy/penner; and Alice Kimm, FAIA, Co-Founder, John Friedman Alice Kimm Architects (JFAK).
