2020 AIA Housing Awards: a look at America's best new homes this year

Seven residential designs, from single-unit dwellings to multifamily housing, have been announced this morning as the 2020 winners of the annual AIA Housing Awards.
A five-member jury selected the victorious projects for their design excellence regarding sustainability, affordability, durability, innovation, and social impact among other aspects.
Seattle-based mwworks (they're hiring right now) stood out this year with two recognized projects in Washington.

Is it weird my first response, favorite is the "Residence Hall" and it's not even nostalgia, as I was always off campus?
