Continuing with the Festival's awards program announcements the World Architecture Festival has announced its shortlists for the best new buildings, landscapes, and interior projects from around the globe. As media partners of the WAF 2021 Awards, Bustler and Archinect showcase this year's shortlisted projects.
Eight shortlisted projects have been selected from a series of submissions from 13 countries and 28 architects and project teams.
Below are this year's shortlisted timber projects.

Micro Library Warak Kayu by SHAU

Daramu House by Tzannes

View more category shortlist projects here. The Festival coordinators share that this year, the WAF will reconvene in Lisbon at the FIL exhibition center from December 1–3.
