The Los Angeles Business Council has announced the winners of its 54th LA Architectural Awards. The series seeks to celebrate “designs that preserve and advance the city’s legacy as a creative capital and foster vibrant, inclusive community life.”
Four dozen projects were recognized across the series, selected from a pool of hundreds of submissions. Among the winners was the Netflix Egyptian Theater, which won the Grand Prize.
“This year the LABC is honoring projects whose inspired designs build on L.A.’s heritage and move the city toward a dynamic future,” said Mary Leslie, president of the Los Angeles Business Council, about the winners. “From renewing entertainment venues and creative workspaces to reimagining parks, schools, and housing, our honorees exemplify the power of architecture to serve the public good, foster progress, and build community.”
Below, we have published this year’s full list of winners. You can compare this year’s selection to those of previous years by reviewing our coverage of the 2023 winners.
